I already have a Power Commander V installed and the main intention with the Powervision3 is to allow me to clear diagnostic codes on my Yamaha XSR900 2017. Reading the manual I?m a bit uncertain if I will need to purchase a new Tuning license to make it work on my bike? Any help/advise would be greatly appreciated!

Hi Johan,
As long as the Power vision has the correct diagnostic cable for your Yamaha XSR900 2017 you can read and clear codes without a tuning licenses. But you will need a license if you ever need to flash the ecu for a tune. Please contact us directly at PV3tech@dynojet.com.
