Hi Landon, With the correct diagnostic cable you can use the same power vision on both your Harley and Outlander (cable sku #76950960). Once you have the right cable and bought a license, you just need to plug your power vision 3 in your computer and login in to your Power Core software and update the new license and then use it the same way you used in on your Harley.
