Thank you for your interest in Dynatek ignitions. Yes, the DCT3-2 or 3-2A can be used with the Megasquirt ECM. You just need to know what kind of pickup signal it is programmed for like 1 pulse per crankshaft revolution etc. The DCT3-2 has a rotor with 2 magnets spaced 90 degrees apart for use with ignitions like the Dyna 4000 or Schnitz PSII systems.
