Hi Harry,
Thank you for your interest in Dynatek ignitions. The Dyna S is a completely self contained ignition system and does not use any type of external control module. On late model Harleys it dies require the addition of a mechanical advancer and we recommend the use of 5 ohm coils for street operation.
