I just bought this and tried to install a tune, it lost connection and sent my ECU into recovery mode. Which I can't correct because the tuner some how loses connection. Gives me an "unknown" error code. Anyone have any ideas? (Power Vision 4 for 2011-2020 Harley Davidson)
