The Power Commander is a Piggy Back style tuner that remains on the bike at all times and needs to be connected to a Windows based PC.
The Power Vision 3 is n ECU Flash Tuner that has tunes already loaded to the device and can be removed. once the tunes have been flashed to the bike. Please let us know if you have any further questions.
