Hello Maxim,

Turns out Ignition Module SKU: 6-09 for the 2000-01 CBR929RR will only work for the discontinued Power Commander 3 USB. And we have not tested Ignition Module SKU: 6-09 on the 2005-2006 CBR600RR, so we can no confirm.

Regardless if this Ignition Model has the same coil connectors, this module will only work on the PC3USB. It will not work with the PCV.

You will need Ignition Module SKU: 6-89 for the PCV that was developed for the 2003-2006 CBR600RR.
