Hello Kelly,
The Power Commander 6 fo the 2020-2022 Indian Challenger is a Fuel Only Piggyback Module. This does not interface with your stock settings, other than to adjust fuel.
The Power Commander does not have the capabilities to alter your RPM (it does not have ignition capabilities) or Speed limiter, you will need to reflash your factory ECU to change these settings.
