Hi,Similar question has been asked but answer is not clear to me, so:I have EU region CB650R 2021, restricted to 35kw (70kw full power). If I were to flash any of the tunes PV3 provides, would I be using full 70kw of power or more?In other words, would flashing any of the PV3 tunes de-restrict the ECU? I understand that PV3 is a flash tuning device that puts a tune to the ECU to correct the fuel and ignition tables, adjust DBW settings, lower fan temp, raise the speed limiter and REV limiter, but I need clearer answer, please.Would there also be any issues with Honda's immobilizer, aka H.I.S.S?Thank you
