Hello Alamo,
The Power Commander V: This is what the industry refers to as a "piggyback" tuner. It is connected between the ECM and the main wiring harness and must remain installed on the vehicle as long as you wish to reap the benefits. It is normally mounted behind a side cover or under the seat. The main items it can control are fuel and ignition. This device basically intercepts the signal going from the ECM to the fuel injectors and modifies the signal to add or remove a specified percentage of fuel. It can also be used to advance or xxxx the timing from the stock programming in the ECM.
The Secondary Fuel Module is an accessory module for the PCV, that connects to the upper injector rail using OEM connectors. From there, it is only a single cable connection to the PCV. Once connected, you will be able to adjust both upper and lower injectors by as much as +250/-100%. If the gear position input is connected to your PCV, you will have the ability to adjust all of the injectors on a ?per gear? basis (a complete map for every gear) as well as the ability to map each injector separately.
If you are just installing bolt on modifications, exhaust and high flow intake. And nothing else and you are only using your bike for street not the track. Then you will only need the Power Commander V SKU: 20-050. Here is a direct link to the PCV: https://www.dynojet.com/power-command...
