Hello Emil,
If you have a stock ATV you generally will gain 5-8% HP. Unfortunately we do not keep dyno runs because a dyno here is Las Vegas, NV can produce different numbers for a customer in a different state, elevation, temperature, etc.
And yes this PCV will fit your non-power steering ATV.
