Currently, it appears that the 2021 Harley-Davidson Touring and Softail models are being released with 2 different ECU Strategies; either 27 or 28.� This is due to them having two different versions of ECU. Most likely due to the chip shortage that occurred. The tunes we offer will be for one strategy or the other, and is designated at the end of the tune filename.� These motorcycles MUST be flashed with a tune of the same strategy that the bike has originally.� If you attempt to flash a tune and the PV gives an error about it being the incorrect strategy, simply flash the other version of the tune.
