I installed one of your systems on a Harley a few years ago with great success. I'm now building a Banshee, and I've been told over and over again that the high price of the OEM CDI, coil, stator, etc is worth every penny in terms of reliability. Are you guys of the opinion that this product will be just as reliable as the OEM Yamaha parts or as reliable as your Harley ignitions? Also, one of the upgrades for the Harley was that with the original system, one spark plug fired when it didn't need to, and your product eliminated that for what was said to be easier starts amongst other things. Will your CDI and coil eliminate both plugs firing at the same time, all the time, on my 2002 Banshee?Thanks,Allan904-495-8803

Thank you for your interest in Dynatek ignitions. The Dyna FS has along history of performance and reliability in a wide variety of applications and is every bit a reliable as our Harley-Davidson ignitions. Unfortunately, due to the design of the Banshee ignition it is not possible to convert it to a "single fire" style ignition like can be done on the Harleys. This will still fire both cylinders at the same time like the stock ignition does. The Dyna FS does require pickup signals from the stator but should run OK with an appropriate 12 volt battery.
