Hello Roberto,
Below are the parts you will need for your 2008 R6 with the Power Commander V installed.
***First step you need to select an addition module, you only need to select one.***
A Quick Shifter functions by momentarily interrupts either fuel or spark during a shift event. Since this bike has 8 injectors (4 upper and 4 lower) you need to add something to your system besides a PCV and QS Sensor to activate the shift interrupt. This can be done is 1 of 4 ways.
Add a Quickshifter Expansion Module. This unit attaches to the upper injectors and will interrupt fuel delivery from the upper injectors when the shifter is activated. This unit does nothing else. Quick Shift Expansion Module QEM-15: https://www.dynojet.com/quick-shifter...
OR
Add a Secondary Fuel Module. This unit attaches to the upper injectors and will interrupt them when the shifter is activated, but will also give you full control of the upper injectors for tuning if desired.

OR
Add an Ignition Module. This unit allows full control of your timing by driving the coils directly. It will also allow the shift to happen by interrupting the spark. Ignition Module 6-83:https://www.dynojet.com/ign2-06-16-yam-r6/
OR
Install a Stand Alone Ignition Shifter. This module does not need a PCV in order to function. It is a separate module that connects directly to the coils and the shift sensor, and will allow a shift interrupt event by interrupting spark.

***Second step you need the rest of the three parts below.***
