Hello Shaman,
Thank you for your support of Dynojet products. If you go with the Stage 2 kit you will not need the PCV as that does not have as many features as the PV3 flash tuning device. The PV3 that this comes with is able to adjust the Fuel and Ignitions tables, adjust DBW settings, raise fan temps, raise speed and REV limiters as well.
