Hello Dave,
Unfortunately the PV-3B cannot be sold into the state of California. Due to CARB, California Air Resource Board, any products that alter the fuel or ignition of a vehicle is illegal to sell into the state. There is no waiver you can fill out to get around this either. We apologize for the inconvenience this causes.
