Hello John,
The PCV does not interface with the ECM to remove the speed limiter. You can use the Rev-Xtend feature in the Power Commander to increase the rev limiter, which will get you a little more speed (5-10mph) with stock tires, but you will not be able to get past the speed limiter.
We have another Tuning Solution called the Power Vision 3 Flash Tuner, that can raise your Speed Limiter, this would be a better module to use. Link Below.
