The Power Commander FC or the Power Commander V does not interface with the ECM to remove the speed limiter. You will need to reflash your ECU and change your Factory settings. You will need the Power Vision 3 Flash Tuner SKU: PV3-19-10, link below for further information and you are welcome to order through the link directly through the website.
