Thank you for your support of our products. This Target Tune kit is designed to work with our Power Vision device to actively monitor and just the fuel according to the Fuel values in the tune. It means a complete kit for install, these TT kits have wideband O2 sensors that need to be installed so it has the bungs to weld into your exhaust plus all the cables with install instructions.
