Hello Jasper,
Thank you for your interest in our PCV. This unit will help correct the fuel tables from 10%-100% throttle position. It will increase the throttle response and engine performance throughout those ranges. Depending on the speed and throttle position when you are experiencing the jerky throttle, the PCV can help.
