Thank you for your interest in the PCV. For the USA the MT-03 was introduced in 2020 and that is why we just have the PCV 22-094 listed as fitting the 2020-2022 model years. We cannot confirm fitment that the PCV for the 2018 R3 22-087 will work on your bike.
