The PV-3B will fit the 2021 Low Rider S, we just don't have it in the vehicle drop down yet on our website. To purchase the PV-3B from our website, you will just select any of the 2021 HD Softail models so you can add it to your cart. Or if you are purchasing from one of our Dealers or Distributors just make sure it is the PV-3B.
