Thank you for your interest in our products. This part number will not work on a 2021 model as it is designed for 99-08' model year HD bikes that use the old PCIII USB. We are still confirming fitment for the 2021 HD bikes and do not have confirmation that the 4-134 QS kit will work for the FXLRS.
