Hello Tommy,
No, the Power Commander V does not interface with the ECM to remove the speed limiter. We do not currently offer a solution that will allow you to increase the speed limiter on your GL1800.
Also we do NOT have any tuning solution for the 2019 honda goldwing dct yet and we do not know the ETA for product release.
