Hello Aydin,
Yes, Power Commander Fuel Controller(PCFC) will work with your 14 KFX450R with a full system Yoshimura Exhaust system.
All you need to do is send the correct Power Commander Map for your Yoshimura Exhaust to your PCFC Module. Video links, map links and written procedure below.

Written procedure on how to send a Map to the PCFC:
To send the map to the Power Commander, first download the map from our website or email attachment. Next, connect your Power Commander to your computer > then open the Power Commander Control Center software. > Click on File (top Toolbar) > Import Power Commander Map > Then choose the map you downloaded > Click SEND MAP and it will prompt you select your desired Map Position > Then make sure to change your faceplate Map Dail on the PCFC module to your desired Map Position ( you can use the Map gauge in the Software as a visual to know what Map Position you are currently on) and you're ready to roll!
