The start-up fuel option in Power Commander V gives you the ability to add or remove fuel for a short period of time during engine cranking and initial start-up. This option is commonly used on with big motor builds, to get the bike to start when cold. It can also be used to remove excess fuel during start-up when larger injectors are installed.
