Hello Jose,
No it will not work on your 2022 Honda Grom. Power Commander V (PCV) 16-049 was developed for the 2014-2021 Honda Grom.
Unfortunately, as of this time, we have not developed a Power Commander or any other tuning solution yet for this bike and do not have an ETA on when one will be released. If you sign up for our mailing list on our website HERE, you will receive notifications when new products are released.
