Thank you for your interest in our products. The PCV is a piggyback device and will only alter the fuel tables for your 2013 FLHRC. Now this will help with throttle response and performance. If you are wanting to alter the DBW setting then you will want to look at the PV-1B. This is our flash tuning device that can alter fuel and ignition tables, DBW settings, raise the REV and speed limit to get more performance out of your bike.
