Thank you for your interest in our products. The PCV is our piggy style tuner and is fuel only module. It will have a map on it to alter the fuel tables to help with throttle response and vehicle performance. Since it plugs inline with the ECU it does not alter the REV or speed limiters or any values within the ECU.
Now the ECU flash will put a tune that has altered fuel and ignition tables, raised speed and REV limiters and corrects the idle and throttle lag these bikes are known to have. With the flash we have seen 10-20% power gains over stock depending on the added modifications. The flash will stay on the vehicle's ECU unless it it removed at a dealership.
