Dealers cannot perform the flash themselves. You can try to take it to a dealer and they can remove the ECU and then they can send into us, but they do not have the tools to perform the flash. The price of the 29-BF01 does include shipping so once the order is placed we will email a call tag to you so you can ship to us. Once we receive the ECU and perform the flash we will then expedite the shipment back to you.
