Hello Brian,
This jet kit comes with all the parts needed for the Stage 1 and Stage 3. All you need to do is follow the installation guide for the Stage 3 and it will inform you to use the parts you need from the jet kit.

Once on the page scroll down and click on the DOWNLOAD section and you will find the install guide.
