Hello Eric,
The Power Vision units comes with all of our pre developed tunes on the unit, and once it has been married to the vehicle you will only be able to choose the tunes that are specific to your vehicle. If we do develop new tunes we will have them available for free to download on the website. The WinPep software is designed to be used on a windows based PC.
