You will have to contact your local dealer to see how a flash tune would affect the warranty. Most dealerships will tell you adding any accessory will void a warranty but this is not true. Modifying and altering a bike can void a warranty depending on how the claim is submitted to the dealership, but there are laws in place to protect consumers who add accessories.
