Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry on our PV3 for the Honda Grom. The PV3 is our flash tuning device and it puts one of our pre developed tunes to the ECU. It is a tuning device so if you wanted to get a custom tune from a Dyno tuning facility, you have that option as well.
