Hello Larry,
thank you for your interest in the Indian Challenger ECU flash. We don't have Dyno graph at this time but we have seen power gains of 10-15% to the wheels depending on the added accessories and vehicle set up. This will help in throttle response throughout the entire RPM and throttle range as it will correct the fuel tables, but we have not heard of the stalling at the top end. The price does include the cost of shipping to us and back to you. And if you do add Cams down the road and want to update you will just be required to pay the shipping both ways.
