Hello John,
With changing the REV limiter you can get a few more RPM out of your engine to help with power delivery at the upper end of the gears. Now adding to much REV can cause engine damage and premature ware. We only up the REV limiter by 500 so get more performance but still keeping the reliability in the engine. Also the price does include the shipping cost for Priority shipping both ways for the ECU. Once we receive the order in we will email out a call tag to get it to us, then after the flash is completed we will ship Priority back to you.
