Hello Noah.
Thank you for your interest in Dynatek performance electronics.
Unfortunately, the Dyna-S designed for the inline Suzuki four cylinder engines will not fit your GS450 engine.
However, if your engine has the spring loaded mechanical advance assembly installed behind the factory ignition plate, it is possible to install the Dynatek DS3-3C kit, designed for the 1979 to 1978 Suzuki GS400 engine. Without the advancer assembly, the DS3-3C kit cannot be installed. If installing this kit, the included ignition coils Must be installed and you will be required to fabricate a spacer which measures 3/16" thick with a 1 inch center hole to fit between the Dyna-S magnetic rotor and the advancer hold down hardware.
