Hello Dante,
If you already have a PV unit then you will need the Diag cable 76951048 which will be available on 10/1. There will also be firmware for the 2021 models that will be released then as well. If you are looking to tune the 21 Road Glide along with your original bike then you will need to purchase a tune license from the website. If you no longer have the original bike and only need to tune the new bike you will need to purchase an Unlock from us to be able to marry to your bike.
