Yes the PCV is designed to be able to plug and play. The unit will come with a stock improved tune and all the install instructions. We use automotive grade connectors to are not splicing into wires, but simple plugging into the bike fuel system and ECU. If you scroll down to the bottom of the page for the part number you will see we have the install guide available to download.
