One of the benefits of using a tune license is that you get an actual license file. It is a very small text file. That license can be applied to any PV on the planet, and once applied, that PV would have the ability to tune the bike. If the PV is lost, broken or stolen, even if you obtained another used PV, the license could be applied and you have NOT completely lost the tuning ability.
