Hello Robert, the PCV does not include the Auto Tune. It is an accessory that can be added to the vehicle and plugs inline with the PCV to read the AFR live and make adjustment depending on the values selected in the PowerCommander Software after installation. For your VT1300 you will want the dual channel kit AT-300, https://www.dynojet.com/autotune-for-..., this kit comes with 2 Bosch Wideband O2 sensors to be able to read the AFR of each cylinder and make adjustments from there.
