Yes, AT-200 (Single Channel) will work with your Spyder and PCV.
The system is not NOT intended to disable, eliminate, or replace stock OEM O2 sensors that may or may not be present on the vehicle.
The AutoTune Kit will come with a Bung for your to weld to your exhaust and you can add the Wideband o2 Sensor to your exhaust.
