The PCV does not interface with the ECM to remove the speed limiter. You can use the Rev-Xtend feature in the Power Commander Software to increase the rev limiter, which will get you a little more speed (5-10mph) with stock tires, but you will not be able to get past the speed limiter.
We have another Tuning Module called the Power Vision 3 (PV3) Flash Tuner, this may be a better solution for you. Because we are reprogramming the ECM, some of the adjustments possible are (but not limited to), fuel, timing, displacement, injector size, start-up fuel, warm-up fuel, gear ratios, speedometer calibration, raise speed limits/RPM limits, etc. The PV can also be used to check and clear diagnostic trouble codes (DTCs) as well. Lastly, since the device doesn't have to stay connected, we have actually set it up so that you can tune multiple vehicles with the same tuner!
