Hello Nicholas,
The Power Commander is delivered with an improved stock tune unless requested other wise. Once you connect the Power Commander to your vehicle it will run using the tune installed on the power commander instead of what is on the ECU, You are not required to go to a Dyno unless you want a custom tune.
