Yes, the PV3-15-04 is compatible with 2024-2025 CVO Road Glide ST models, and adjusting factory "limiters" requires custom tuning through the C3 Tuning software. The G26 ECU (Gen 2 M8) has limited pre-loaded tune support. The device flashes custom tunes, but building a tune requires tuning knowledge using our Power Core C3 software.
