To redeem your Universal Tokens for a Level 4/5 custom Harley-Davidson tune, follow these steps:
Step 1: Purchase Universal Tokens (if you don't have 5 already)
Log into your account at dynojet.com. Navigate to My Account > Universal Tokens. Select Purchase Tokens and choose your quantity (5 tokens minimum for a Level 4/5 tune). Complete checkout to instantly add the tokens to your account balance.
Step 2: Submit Your Tune Request
Go to https://www.dynojet.com/tune-request. Fill out the Custom Tune Request Form with your bike's year, model, and a complete modification list, including details about the exhaust, intake, cams, displacement, and injectors. When you submit the form, the system will automatically deduct 5 tokens from your account.
Step 3: Receive Your Custom Tune
Your custom tune will arrive via email within 24 hours (excluding weekends/holidays). If you have a PV3, you'll receive a .djt file to load via computer. PV4 users will have the tune delivered directly through the app/cloud.
A Dynojet technician may contact you for clarification about your setup to create the best possible tune for your bike.
Important: Dynojet has limited Level 4/5 tunes currently available for Gen 2 Milwaukee 8 models (2023.5-2025) or California residents without Authorized Reseller documentation. Make sure you have at least 5 tokens in your dynojet.com account balance before submitting the request.
