how to get a level 4 base tune outside of the USA Harley-Davidson Level 4/5 Premium PV3 Base Calibration
I have asked the local distributer, and they state they have been asking you guys for months to sort this out. I have previously got two upgraded base calibrations, one of level 48 touring and one for level 51 softail, And was informed that these will cost in the future, but now I cannot purchase them??? We are an authorized dynojet tuning center, so would be great to be able to tune these bikes and not have the comebacks for forced engine shutdown.
