Are the preloaded FI/IG maps complete, or does the PC6 still rely on the stock ECU FI/IG maps? Power Commander 6 for 2012-2015 Yamaha WR450F
I have read the product description stating that the PC6 comes with preloaded base fuel and ignition maps. I would just like to confirm that I understand this correctly.
If my stock ECU has a poorly calibrated or simplified FI/IG map, will that have any effect once the PC6 is installed? In other words, does the PC6 operate from its own complete base maps, or does it still depend on the stock ECU's FI/IG maps?
