does this work on a 2012 XL1200N? It says it does so I bought it, but do I have to buy a tuner license for a brand new pv3? or is the license thing to un marry a used tuner or to tune other vehicles? Since I just bought a brand new pv3 like 10 min ago, I would not be happy if I have to purchase a license ontop of the new pv3 View answer
