I jsut got a gift for my speed twin 2019,- a PC5, but my uncle made a mistake and got for scrambler, s/n 21-029. Unfortunantely I don't have chance to exchange it, as i'm in europe and the pc5 was bought in USA. That's why i would like to clarify if I can install it on my speed twin??, because basically bikes are same, hardware same. View answer

I ordered and installed this ignition on my 76 gl1000, followed all the instructions but I am having issues timing it. I hooked up the test light and timed it as the instructions say. Test light fires at F2 when connected to the blue wire and fires at F1 when connected to the yellow, but it also fires and will stay on at other points in the engines rotation. Tried to fire the bike up and it will start but will not go above 1,000 rpm and dies when I let off the throttle. Is it possible I have a faulty module? View answer

Is there a way to convert a PCV tune file into a PV3 file? The reason is there is a tune Map ID 22-065-008 named 'Akrapovic exhaust DNA air filter and airbox lid' which is what I need but this tune file isn't available for the PV3. There only seems to 10 files, 9 of which are named along the lines of 'Yamaha FZ-07, BU250C010001, Stock exhaust, Stock intake' for the PV3. If possible, I'll pull the trigger and purchase a PV3.
